Policies

Booking Requirement:
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking.
 

Cancellation and No-show Policy:

​Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of the booked service(s). No-shows will also incur this charge.
 

Late Arrival Policy:
To respect the time of both scheduled clients and myself. Appointments will be forfeited if clients arrive more than 10 minutes late, necessitating rescheduling, and incur a 50% charge for the service(s) booked.

Hair Extensions Policy:
All sales of hair extensions are final and non-refundable once purchased.
 

Pricing Disclaimer:
Prices displayed on the online booking system represent starting prices. Final costs may vary depending on factors such as hair length, color quantity, product usage, etc. For a precise quote, please visit me in person or contact me for a consultation.
 

Guest Limitation:
I kindly request that clients limit accompanying guests to one person, as the hair studio space is limited.
 

Credit Card Processing Fee:
Please note that payments made via credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.
